BASC Financial Assistance Program

BASC offers registration fee assistance to a limited number of players each season to offset some of the player registration fees. Parents/guardians of players who meet the qualifications for the program will be considered for assistance.  

The amount of assistance provided each season is limited; therefore, applicants should consider requesting only the amount needed to meet their needs so that as many players can benefit from the program as possible. 
 
This program is a policy of the BASC Executive Board and may be revoked or revised by a majority vote of the board members.
 

Application Requirements and Deadline

The parent/guardian of the player(s) requesting registration fee financial assistance must complete, sign and send the application along with the required supporting documentation to the BASC office before the application deadline. This infomration should be submitted to the BASC office in one of the following ways. 

  • Drop off during office hours or in mail slot in front door.

Once the application is received by the Financial Aid Coordinator, the Applicant will receive a confirmation email at the email address indicated on the application. The application is not considered received until the confirmaton email is sent. 

An application and supporting documentation must be submitted to BASC each season for consideration and is due before the end of Normal Registration. 

Applications for the Spring 2018 season are due no later than January 3, 2018.

Funds are limited so be sure to submit applications early!
